Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building sales volumes, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager and focus on achieving sales goals, participating in training programs, and maintaining a well-merchandised counter.

• Model all Saks Fifth Avenue Principles including Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank.
• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department sales goals.
• Maintain high levels of customer service by developing excellent customer relationships.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information.
• Provide exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale and follow-up.
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean and welcoming selling area.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Successful sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using online clienteling tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative in a positive working environment.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound business judgment.
• Professional make-up and treatment consultation and application skills.
