Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building sales volumes, and establishing customer relationships. You will work under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager to maintain a properly merchandised counter and drive your own business success.

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by creating and developing excellent customer relationships.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system to record and maintain client information.
• Provide exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale and follow-up.
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean and welcoming selling area.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics environment.
• Successful sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using online clienteling tools and software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
