Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and beauty expertise on the cosmetics counter, drive individual and vendor line sales, build and maintain client relationships, and support in-house training and pre-booked facial events while following company standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual vendor line and department sales goals.
- Provide professional make-up and treatment consultation and application.
- Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences.
- Drive sales through personalized service from approach to closing and follow up.
- Support and participate in pre-booked facial consultation events.
- Maintain a properly merchandised, clean, tidy and welcoming counter selling area.
- Collaborate with team members and liaise with designated account executives.
- Participate in in-house training programs to maintain product and sales knowledge.
- Demonstrate sound business judgment and organizational ability.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience preferably in a cosmetics environment.
- Proven sales experience with history of exceeding quota.
- Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment with multitasking skills.
- Proficiency or ability to learn online clienteling tools and proprietary software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with diplomatic customer relationship building.
- Attention to detail and initiative to drive individual business.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional presentation and consultation skills for beauty services.
