Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building sales volumes, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain a properly merchandised counter.

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and develop excellent customer relationships.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system to drive your business.
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean and welcoming selling area.
• Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics environment.
• Successful sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using online clienteling tools and software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
