Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building sales volumes, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager and focus on achieving sales goals, participating in training programs, and maintaining a well-merchandised counter.

• Model all Saks Fifth Avenue Principles including Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank.
• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by developing excellent customer relationships as the brand expert and department representative.
• Serve as a liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and your designated Account Executive.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences.
• Ensure a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling area to maintain counter standards.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Proven successful sales experience, exceeding quota.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using online clienteling tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Professional make-up and treatment consultation and application skills.
