Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue in Boston, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building sales volumes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work closely with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, as well as event and department sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and develop excellent customer relationships as the brand expert.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system to drive business and maintain client information.
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean and welcoming selling area.
• Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.
• Demonstrate professional make-up and treatment consultation and application.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics environment.
• Proven successful sales experience, exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with online clienteling tools and software.
