Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue in Boston, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building sales volumes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager and focus on achieving sales goals, participating in training programs, and maintaining a well-merchandised counter.

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, as well as event and department sales goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and develop excellent customer relationships as the brand expert.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system to drive business and maintain client information.
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean and welcoming selling area.
• Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.
• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles: Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Proven successful sales experience, exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gain trust quickly.
• Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software.
• Professional make-up and treatment consultation and application skills.
