Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue in Boston, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships. You will work closely with the Cosmetics Selling Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of merchandising and customer engagement.

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, as well as event and department sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and develop excellent customer relationships as the brand expert.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system to maintain client information and preferences.
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean and welcoming selling area.
• Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.
• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles: Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics environment.
• Proven successful sales experience, exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software.
• Professional make-up and treatment consultation and application skills.
