Summary
Provide outstanding customer service as a brand expert on the cosmetics counter, drive individual and vendor line sales, build and maintain client relationships, and support in-house training and pre-booked facial consultation events while maintaining merchandising and counter standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to create an exceptional selling experience
- Achieve and exceed individual vendor line and department sales goals
- Conduct professional make up and treatment consultations and applications
- Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
- Maintain a clean tidy and welcoming counter merchandising standards
- Participate in pre booked facial consultation events and in house training programs
- Work collaboratively with team members and designated account executives
- Follow up with customers to drive repeat business and build relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience preferably in cosmetics
- Proven sales performance exceeding quota
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced team oriented environment
- Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and proprietary software
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Attention to detail initiative and sound business judgment
- Ability to work independently to drive personal business
