Summary
Provide outstanding customer service and drive individual and vendor line sales by building and maintaining client relationships, executing in-house training and facial consultation events, and maintaining a well merchandised counter while closing retail sales. Use company clienteling tools to manage and grow your business and represent the brand professionally on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer experiences from approach to follow up
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals and event sales targets
- Conduct professional make up and treatment consultations and applications
- Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
- Maintain counter standards ensuring a clean and welcoming selling area
- Participate in pre booked facial consultation events and in house training programs
- Work collaboratively with team members and liaise with Account Executives
- Demonstrate product expertise and act as the department brand representative
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
- Proven sales experience with history of exceeding quota
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Proficiency learning and using online clienteling tools and software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to take initiative
- Ability to work independently to drive personal sales results
