Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver a high level of personalized service as the brand expert.
- Achieve and exceed individual vendor line sales goals and event sales targets.
- Conduct facial consultations and professional makeup application to drive sales.
- Use online clienteling tools to record client information and follow up.
- Maintain counter standards ensuring a clean and welcoming selling area.
- Participate in in-house training and pre-booked events to promote products.
- Collaborate with team members and liaise with account executives.
- Close sales effectively and manage post-sale follow up to build loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Proven sales performance with history of exceeding quotas.
- Ability to perform professional makeup and treatment consultations.
- Comfortable using online clienteling tools and proprietary software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
