Responsibilities
- Engage clients to identify needs and provide personalized product and service recommendations
- Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic sales goals and department targets
- Perform professional make up demonstrations, consultations and treatment applications
- Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
- Actively grow personal brand and business through social media activity
- Cross sell across multiple product lines to increase client basket
- Proactively offer in store services to personalize the shopping experience
- Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming counter and adhere to counter standards
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed to support the department
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
- Proven successful sales experience achieving or exceeding goals
- Comfortable using social media and technology for clienteling
- Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team oriented mindset
- Ability to provide professional make up and treatment consultations
- Customer focused with strong listening and problem solving abilities
