The Beauty Advisor at Parfums de Marly will be responsible for providing an elevated client experience through personalized assistance and expert knowledge of beauty products. This role involves achieving sales goals, enhancing the shopping experience, and building strong client relationships.

• Achieve and exceed individual and department sales goals.

• Demonstrate professional make-up and treatment consultation and application.
• Cross sell products to enhance client experience and drive sales.
• Maintain client information using online clienteling tools.
• Ensure counter standards are met by maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in the beauty industry.
• Proven successful sales experience, achieving or exceeding goals.
• Ability to use online clienteling tools and social media effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
