Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic and event sales goals and contribute to department daily and monthly targets
- Provide dynamic in-store service including make up consultations and application
- Identify client needs through effective questioning and provide tailored recommendations
- Engage in online clienteling and use software tools to manage client information and preferences
- Actively participate on social media to grow personal brand and business
- Cross sell across product lines to increase client basket size
- Maintain counter standards ensuring a clean tidy and welcoming space
- Proactively offer appropriate in-store services to personalize the shopping experience
- Collaborate with Account Executives and support departmental initiatives and ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
- Demonstrated successful sales history achieving or exceeding goals
- Comfortable using social media and technology for clienteling and business growth
- Ability to perform professional make up consultations and applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Problem solving mindset with flexibility in communication styles
- Willingness to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software
