Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue in Troy, MI, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building sales volumes, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work closely with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a well-merchandised counter.

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily monthly sales goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and develop excellent customer relationships as the brand expert and department representative.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences.
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling area.
• Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, cosmetics environment.
• Proven successful sales experience, exceeding quota.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gain trust quickly.
• Professional make-up and treatment consultation and application skills.
