- Serve as a liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and your designated Account Executive.
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach to application, closing the sale, and following up with the customer.
- Ensure a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling area by maintaining counter standards.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
- Proven successful sales experience, exceeding quota.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using online clienteling tools and software.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and a positive working environment.
- Ability to work independently to drive a successful business.
- Sound business judgment and organizational ability.
