Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building sales volumes, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager and focus on achieving sales goals while adhering to company standards and procedures.

• Model all Saks Fifth Avenue Principles including Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank.
• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by creating and developing excellent customer relationships.
• Act as a liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and your designated Account Executive.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences.
• Ensure a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling area by maintaining counter standards.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, cosmetics environment.
• Successful sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using online clienteling tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound business judgment.
• Professional make-up and treatment consultation and application skills.
