The Beauty Advisor provides personalized service and beauty expertise while building customer relationships and driving individual, vendor-line, and department sales. The role supports consultations, customer follow-up, and a welcoming, well-maintained beauty counter.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual, vendor-line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide expert product recommendations, makeup application, and treatment consultations.
• Use clienteling tools to maintain customer information and preferences and follow up after sales.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and collaborate with team members and vendor representatives.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quotas.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment, work independently, and use clienteling software.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and sound business judgment.
