Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an elevated client experience by utilizing your knowledge of the beauty industry to assist clients and achieve sales goals. You will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience and growing the business through personalized client interactions.

• Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic sales goals, event sales goals, and department sales goals.
• Provide dynamic service presence and maintain high service standards.
• Identify client needs and provide guidance or directions.
• Engage actively on social media to grow personal brand and business.
• Conduct professional make-up and treatment consultations and applications.
• Develop excellent client relationships as the brand expert and department representative.
• Cross-sell products to drive results and build client baskets.
• Offer in-store services to personalize and enhance client shopping experiences.
• Maintain a positive image as a liaison between the company and Account Executives.
• Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information.
• Ensure a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter space.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in the beauty industry.
• Successful sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
• Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and social media.
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships.
