Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Deliver personalized consultations, product application, sales support, and customer follow-up.
• Build and maintain customer relationships using clienteling tools.
• Keep the counter clean, tidy, and welcoming while working effectively with team members and account representatives.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success and the ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to use clienteling software and work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
