Responsibilities

• Provide personalized consultations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Drive sales and meet individual and store performance goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships and a clienteling database.
• Educate clients on product features benefits and application techniques.
• Process transactions and handle point of sale responsibilities accurately.
• Collaborate with store team to maintain merchandising standards.
• Participate in inventory control and stock replenishment activities.
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold luxury service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail beauty or cosmetics sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products trends and application techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work a flexible retail schedule.
• Comfortable working in a commission eligible nonexempt role.
• Reliable and able to perform point of sale and inventory tasks.
