Summary
Provide superior beauty and fragrance service at the retail counter to achieve sales goals, develop client relationships, and represent the brand professionally while performing merchandising and sales tasks at the assigned store location.
Responsibilities
- Achieve retail sales goals and annual productivity objectives.
- Provide full-range customer service including product information and sales.
- Consult customers on cosmetic shades, skin treatment, makeup application, artistry, and fragrance.
- Execute in-store events and promote brand activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented retail counter and product displays.
- Maintain client registration program and sustain customer relationships through regular communication.
- Resolve customer issues or questions by phone, text, or email and prepare replies.
- Track productivity and meet retail sales plan objectives.
- Perform special projects and other job-related duties as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in beauty retail or as a beauty advisor preferred.
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage customer expectations.
- Comfortable using CRT systems and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work at assigned retail location with availability to meet business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting in a retail environment.
