Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic product questions
• Provide product information and directions within the cosmetics area
• Support store operations as a resource for customers and employees
• Make deliveries to customers as needed
• Suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
• Maintain confidentiality regarding customer and store information

Requirements

• Clear and professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to perform suggestive selling and connect customers to sales staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle physical demands including frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
