Summary

Provide exceptional customer service in the cosmetics area by greeting and directing customers, assisting with product inquiries and supporting overall store operations. Maintain confidentiality, perform deliveries to customers and act as a resource for coworkers and shoppers. Work in a fast paced retail environment requiring physical activity and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and product selection
• Suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Support store operations and serve as a general resource for employees and customers
• Make deliveries to customers as needed
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Prioritize multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency
• Perform continuous movement and physical tasks during shift

Requirements

• Clear and professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to suggestively sell and refer customers to sales staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Capacity for continuous movement for 6-8 hours including bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to handle and lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Detail oriented and results driven with commitment to customer service
