Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic product questions
- Provide product information and directions within the cosmetics area
- Support general store operations and act as a resource for customers and employees
- Suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople
- Make deliveries to customers as required
- Maintain confidentiality regarding customer and store information
- Prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
- Demonstrated ability to suggestively sell and connect customers to sales staff
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift including bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
