Summary

The Beauty Concierge provides customer assistance and support in the cosmetics area. This role helps customers find products and services while serving as a resource for customers and store employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries, products, and other services.
• Share cosmetics-area knowledge and provide information and directions.
• Support store operations as a general resource for customers and employees.
• Maintain confidentiality and make deliveries to customers.
• Suggestively sell and connect customers with salespeople.

Requirements

• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, make decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Use hands frequently for grasping and fine manipulation, and lift items up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
