The Beauty Concierge delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales for the assigned beauty line. This role builds lasting client relationships, provides product and treatment consultations, and maintains a welcoming counter.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual, brand, event, and department sales goals.
• Develop customer relationships and use clienteling tools to record client preferences and follow up.
• Provide product, makeup, and treatment consultations and applications.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and collaborate with team members and the brand account executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
