Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and products
• Provide information and directions regarding the cosmetics area
• Support store operations as a resource for customers and employees
• Suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Make deliveries to customers
• Prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
• Perform continuous movement and physical handling of merchandise during shifts

Requirements

• Clear and professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to suggestively sell and connect customers to sales staff
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, reaching, and frequent use of hands
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
