The Beauty Concierge provides customer service and support in the cosmetics area and throughout the store. This role assists customers with product inquiries, directions, and other services while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers, assist with cosmetic inquiries and products, and provide other services.
• Share knowledge of the cosmetics area and provide information and directions to customers and employees.
• Support store operations as a general resource, maintain confidentiality, and make deliveries to customers.
• Suggestively sell and connect customers with salespeople.

Requirements

• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, demonstrate urgency, and use sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Remain mobile for 6-8 hours per shift and perform frequent bending, reaching, and other physical tasks.
• Lift items weighing up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
