The Beauty Concierge provides customer service and support in the cosmetics area and throughout the store. This role assists customers with product inquiries, directions, and other services while helping store operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic product inquiries and other services.
• Share information about the cosmetics area and provide directions to customers and employees.
• Support store operations as a general resource for customers and employees.
• Maintain confidentiality and make deliveries to customers.
• Connect customers with salespeople through suggestive selling.

Requirements

• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Use sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
