Provide friendly front line customer service in the cosmetics area, assisting customers with product questions, directing them to salespeople, supporting store operations, and maintaining confidentiality while performing occasional deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and product selection
• Provide information and directions regarding the cosmetics area to customers and employees
• Support store operations as a general resource for customers and staff
• Engage in suggestive selling and connect customers to salespeople
• Make deliveries to customers as required
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Clear and professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to suggestively sell and connect customers to sales staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6 to 8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to handle bulky items and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Results driven and detail oriented approach
