Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and product selection
- Provide information and directions about the cosmetics area to customers and employees
- Support general store operations and act as a resource for customers and employees
- Perform suggestive selling and connect customers to salespeople
- Make deliveries to customers as needed
- Maintain confidentiality regarding customer and store information
- Prioritize multiple tasks and respond with a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
Requirements
- Clear and professional communication skills with coworkers and customers
- Ability to suggestive sell and facilitate connections to sales staff
- Strong decision making and problem solving abilities
- Physical ability to continuously move for 6 to 8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
- Ability to handle bulky items and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Customer focused and detail oriented with results driven approach
