Provide exceptional customer service in the cosmetics area by greeting and directing customers, answering product inquiries, and supporting store operations while maintaining confidentiality and assisting with deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and products
• Provide information and directions regarding the cosmetics area
• Support store operations as a resource for customers and employees
• Suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Make deliveries to customers
• Maintain confidentiality regarding customer information
• Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, lifting, and handling merchandise

Requirements

• Clear and professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to suggestive sell and connect customers to sales staff
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Capable of continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Able to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
