Provide exceptional customer service as a Beauty Concierge by greeting and directing customers, assisting with cosmetic inquiries and products, supporting store operations, and making customer deliveries while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic product questions
• Provide information and directions within the cosmetics area
• Support store operations as a resource for customers and employees
• Suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Make deliveries to customers
• Maintain confidentiality regarding customer and store information
• Prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and handling merchandise

Requirements

• Clear and professional communication with customers and coworkers
• Ability to suggestively sell and engage customers
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
