Responsibilities

• Create one-to-one client consultations and extend exceptional client care
• Use selling skills to identify customer needs and recommend products
• Aim to achieve annual sales goals for the Fragrance and Beauty account
• Generate maximum sales volume while ensuring repeat business
• Increase the customer base and build future business
• Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication
• Represent the brand values and provide the ultimate luxury client experience

Requirements

• Previous beauty retail or brand experience preferred
• Demonstrated client service and consultation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused with professional presentation
