Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize results
• Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty and Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness and product presentation
• Keep up with beauty trends and brand training provided by employer and partners

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
