The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales and leading counter operations for an assigned luxury beauty brand. This role combines sales, customer education, and vendor collaboration to build customer loyalty and meet performance goals in a commissioned retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to customers
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer loyalty accounts to build and retain clientele
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment

- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving skills
