Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including social media and text
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new rewards accounts to build customer loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings provided
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to proactively handle customer concerns
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology for sales
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Capability for continuous movement and manual tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
