Summary

Manage a beauty counter delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales and building customer relationships. Lead by example in a commissioned retail environment, collaborate with team members, and work closely with vendor partners to execute events and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and enroll customers in loyalty programs
• Keep the department organized, clean, and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, including makeup application and skincare
• Excellent customer connection and ability to handle customer concerns
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology for selling
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
