Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences for customers while leading sales and brand activities at an assigned beauty counter. This role combines hands-on makeup and skincare services with sales leadership in a commissioned retail environment. The manager drives counter performance through customer engagement, vendor collaboration, and digital selling tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and in-store activations.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new customer accounts in the rewards program.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and customer-ready counter through organization and cleanliness.
