Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales, beauty education, and counter operations, with a focus on building customer loyalty and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Schedule and execute vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready, process transactions, and build customer loyalty.
• Stay informed about beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and sales goal achievement skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
