Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend products and drive sales using in-store and digital selling tools
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep area customer-ready
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open customer rewards accounts
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
