Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager combines sales and education to create personalized beauty experiences for customers. This role drives sales for the assigned beauty brand, builds customer relationships in person and digitally, and supports a welcoming team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and keep current on beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty through rewards program enrollment.
• Collaborate with team members to provide welcoming, inclusive customer service.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
