• Recommend and sell products using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain relationships with brand vendors to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
