Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales and leading the brand counter. This role combines selling, product education, and vendor collaboration to build and maintain a loyal customer base both in-store and digitally. The manager oversees counter operations, events, and daily merchandising to ensure a professional, customer-ready environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execute vendor events, promotions, and build vendor relationships
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and open customer loyalty accounts
• Maintain counter organization, merchandising, cleanliness, and product knowledge through trainings

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and customer service
• Strong ability to connect with customers, proactively resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Comfortable working in a commissioned sales environment with a drive to meet sales targets
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through; ability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift and occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds
