Summary

As a Beauty Counter Manager at Nordstrom Fashion Place, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences by providing personalized beauty consultations and driving sales for the Charlotte Tilbury brand. You will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity and expertise in beauty trends.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend suitable products for customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment.
  • Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
  • Manage vendor events and promotions to boost sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to optimize business outcomes.
  • Ensure the department is organized and customer-ready at all times.
  • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and industry knowledge through training.
  • Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges while promoting customer loyalty programs.
Requirements
  • Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer concerns proactively.
