Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty including opening rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Maintain counter organization cleanliness and customer readiness
- Manage sales refunds and exchanges professionally
