Summary

Lead sales and customer experiences for an assigned beauty brand while providing makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations. Drive counter sales through in-store and digital selling tools, manage vendor events and promotions, and maintain a welcoming and organized department.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital channels
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new loyalty accounts
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

• Excellent customer connection and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through
• Drive to achieve sales targets and use networking and technology
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lifting up to 25 pounds
