Manage and drive sales for an assigned beauty brand on the counter while delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences. Act as a salesperson and educator, building customer relationships in-store and through digital tools, and support vendor events and promotions to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses to recommend products.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media.
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Keep the counter organized, clean, and customer ready.
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
