Beauty Counter Manager - Hair & Skincare - Mayfair

Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads the Hair and Skincare counter at the Mayfair store, creating personalized beauty experiences and maximizing sales for their assigned brand. This role balances selling and coaching, manages counter operations and vendor activity, and helps build a loyal customer following both in-store and digitally.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customers' beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive business results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and support customer enrollment in loyalty programs
• Keep the counter organized, customer-ready, and collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, proactively resolve concerns, and build relationships
• Comfortable working in a commissioned sales environment with a drive to achieve sales goals
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through; ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to be on your feet 6-8 hours per shift and lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
